The short version. Our apps collect only what they need to work. We never sell your personal information, and you can ask us to delete your data at any time.
What we collect
- Information you send us. When you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message.
- Diagnostics and usage data. Some of our apps use analytics or crash reporting tools. These tools may collect your device model, operating system version, app version, crash logs, and which app features you use. We use this data to find bugs and improve the apps. We don’t use it to identify you.
- Purchases. Apple and Google process all in-app purchases and subscriptions. We never receive your payment card details.
Each app’s store listing shows exactly what that app collects, in the App Store “App Privacy” section and the Google Play “Data safety” section.
How we use it

- To reply to your support requests
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Third-party services
Our apps may use services from other companies, such as analytics or crash reporting providers. These providers process data on our behalf and follow their own privacy policies. We only work with providers that may use the data solely to provide their service to us.
This website
pearlsprout.com uses no cookies and no tracking scripts. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes basic request data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Children
Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Retention and deletion
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. You can ask us to delete your data at any time. See how to request deletion. We complete deletion requests within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep certain records.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA may give you the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to how we process it. To use any of these rights, email us. We will not treat you differently for doing so.
Security
We use reasonable technical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
